| SpCrossreactivity | The antibodies used in this kit are specific for IgM with no significant reactivity to IgG1-3, or IgA, IgE. Mouse IgM ELISA kit species crossreactivity was tested with the following animal sera (IgM) at dilutions of 1:400: Significant crossreactivity was observed with Rat (67%), and Hamster (52%) serum IgM. Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Human, Monkey, Bovine, FBS, Goat, Sheep, Pig, and Chicken serum IgM had no significant crossreactivity. |
